EVGA x58 SLI3 Fan Hookup questions?

New here and need some help.. On this motherboard, I absolutely cannot get some of my fans to work. The board has an AUX fan 3 pin by the rear exhaust fan, which I plugged into it, but it does not spin at all (I have tried different fans as well and the BIOS is set to 100% manual on this fan). I have 6 Fans total in my Case (CPU fan (works), top 140mm fan (4 Pin Molex, works), side case fan (3 pin plugged into Jsys_fan (also tried JCHA_fan) and works in both configurations), 1 rear exhaust fan out the back (does not work, plugged into JAUX_FAN 3 Pin), and 2 fans at the front of my case (the bottom one works and the top one doesn't). Any ideas on this? I have downloaded speed fan as well and tried to adjust them there and it doesn't work.

Any help would be great guys!

Any one? If I plug these same fans into the 4 pin molex connectors to my power supply, would this mean that my newer EVGA x58 sli3 board has some on board 3 pin fan connectors that are faulty? I just have a feeling that there is a setting some where that needs to be turned on or something..

I unplugged the one fan so far and replaced it with another and it was the fan... The fan is a Silenx . Are these fans not any good? What fan is going to last longer than a few weeks?? The 2 fans that have gone out are Slienx...
