OK, i have to systems and need to use only 1 of em. One is a e5200 on a gigabyte p35-ds3l(2X2GB DDr2) that overclocks to 3.9 without a hiccup. The other is a athlon 64 3200+(dual core) on a DFI lanparty UT NF4 Ultra D(1GBX4 DDR) that i have never overclocked. Now, seems like an easy pick, BUT...the intel cannot recognize more then 1 IDE connected to it at once, which is a problem since both HD and DVD are IDE....and at any speed, even stock on the intel, it has start up problems that slowly corrupt windows. I truely beleive that the MB is dying on the e5200 and will at some point finally just die. SO, what system would you do, what system would you use? use the faster, more likely to take a dumb and kill your data system or the slower, but still usable system?
