XD Well, always happen like that when you get the first one. You need to keep at it. Once you hit a certain amount, it becomes second nature. I got several(5 or so), but, had too many things to keep my mind on it, so, had to stop for the meantime :/
This is getting a bit offtopic, so, I'll mention this to end it: Just google it and you'll find a ton of info on it. Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming is a book you'll want to get your hand on, explains a ton about it and the science as well

Well, I can make it happen by making myself scared.
I used to sleep in the dark and what would happen is I started feeling scared, and if I did not go turn the light on..I couldn't move.

I used to sleep with the door open but my parents hated me having the light on, so some nights I would have it, some nights I wouldn't.
I recently got this computer a month ago and it has helped my sleeping so much.I leave it on all night and ironically the lights are so bright there good enough for me to easily sleep but make it so there is not enough dark.
I used to see ghost when I was a kid, but I was like 4 and thats just me being a kid ;D.
I've already studied a lot about Sleep Paralysis, but I'm wondering why I can make it happen by trying to sleep but making myself scared.
(This is what made me interested in cognitive psychology and how the brain learns and processes stuff, a really interesting subject.)

I've already a bit about Lucid Dreaming, I'm going to go read about it more though. Thanks for the suggestion.

Edit:This did get off-topic, xD.Ye, I'll end it here also.

np, anytime, if you can get that book, it'll explain all your questions and has a lot of people's experiences as well. I think you can find a free ebook copy online if you look for it, but, personally I prefer a hard copy. GL

Just got done playing the demo, my take on the game...scary as ****(and I'm playing with the lights on with no headphones), I got to the archives room when it filled up with water then quit , and I jumped ever single time the red spider web thing hit me. I'm never playing this game again, the most scariest game made.

Same with me. I was only playing the demo. I want to buy it, but I'm pretty sure I'll piss myself and never go back to it after that.

It wasn't scary because when the monster thing is triggered it goes away until the next time, doesn't really patrol or wander around.

So all i did was go in the corner and look away, then continued on.
