Well, I can make it happen by making myself scared.
I used to sleep in the dark and what would happen is I started feeling scared, and if I did not go turn the light on..I couldn't move.
I used to sleep with the door open but my parents hated me having the light on, so some nights I would have it, some nights I wouldn't.
I recently got this computer a month ago and it has helped my sleeping so much.I leave it on all night and ironically the lights are so bright there good enough for me to easily sleep but make it so there is not enough dark.
I used to see ghost when I was a kid, but I was like 4 and thats just me being a kid ;D.
I've already studied a lot about Sleep Paralysis, but I'm wondering why I can make it happen by trying to sleep but making myself scared.
(This is what made me interested in cognitive psychology and how the brain learns and processes stuff, a really interesting subject.)
I've already a bit about Lucid Dreaming, I'm going to go read about it more though. Thanks for the suggestion.
Edit:This did get off-topic, xD.Ye, I'll end it here also.
