once you got prime95 run the blend test for 12 hours. after 12 hours go to file/stop. if it says 0 errors 0 warnings for ALL threads, then your oc is stable. if you get a workerthread that quits, or an error during the test, generally this means you need to increase vcore. if you get a bluescreen it generally points to vtt/imc but can also be the vcore or the ram.

remember to keep your ram at stock values or lower while overclocking your cpu. this way the ram can be eliminated as the cause of any instability.

Your copy of windows is not genuine! Lol!

No, it does not affect GPU load but at under 60C your GPU should be fine.

Anyway run it for 9 hours. It wont hurt any component as the GPU has a temp. throttle and so does the processor.

Well i just noticed you have a pentium D space heater and a stock heatsink. most likley you will not be able to overclock much at all without burning a hole in your case.
Things to note.
Bring the FSB up in 5s, and increase the voltage a bit when unstable
max temp 74.1°C
Voltage Range. 0.8500V–1.3625V
don't go over the 1.36 voltage limit
you should grab a hyper 212+
