[CVG]Buggy game purchasers 'entitled to refund' - Page 12

post #111 of 114
@Viridian

No, I think "you" finally understand what "I'm" talking about. Everyone here is quoting single instances with particular games they've personally experienced issues with. Too many people are discussing this as if it's a case by case law and if a game crashes "their" system then "they" are entitled to a refund.

I've been calling those people dreamers. I can't help it if many of the people here supporting the idea don't fully understand what they are trying to support.

Lastly all your blind assumptions that I know nothing about the UK are severely immature and childish. Is there any way you can prove I wasn't born "and raised" in the UK and have since moved away and consider myself a citizen of both fine countries? Not ONCE has anyone asked "why" I have an interest in the topic, "why" I even know about the Sales of Goods Act and "why" I even care enough to continue posting on the topic. Maybe if anyone at all bothered to ask instead of formulating some opinion out of thin air that because my info says I am now in Canada that I've never stepped foot on UK soil.

After reading this, isn't what we need is a pissed off group to actually take this crap to Washington?

If we had a group like (Gamers Against Buggy Games for EXAMPLE) go to D.C. and actually do something? All the other aniamal huggers and tree lovers and other BS activist groups do it and most of the time to get something out if it.

When is our turn? Bobby will keep doing what he's doing, and EA will continue to kill Used/Rent games with their online pass crap.

So in the next 3-5 years, ya im scared for the gaming industry. You have Bobby at Activision who is in high power right now, bathing in $$$$ and you got EA trying to kill off used game sales. With Bobby wanting more $$$$ and more crazy idea's for CoD, and EA in full force and more plans with their online pass, mehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
