People tend to believe that the radiator cools the heat dump from the pump so that it doesn't affect the CPU (or other block) thereafter.

However, the coolant is traveling so fast that it doesn't matter which part you have it connected to after the pump. There is roughly 0.1°C (probably less) if you had the radiator after the pump or the pump going directly to the CPU.

Loop order does not affect your temperatures, single loop > dual loop and 90 degree fittings are fine. The ones that got a bad name were the nylon kind you can buy at the hardware store. Quality 90s from a company like Bitspower or Koolance don't restrict flow nearly as much. You're fine having those two angled fittings in your loop.
