You could try to swap the spring with one on a little used key such as scroll lock. If it's the spring hammer or dirt on the membrane which you can't reach the only option would be to open the whole thing up after which you need a bolt mod to close it again, which is lots of work.

It should be safe enough to blow a compressed air can into the exposed area under the key, as the membrane is covered by a rubber sheet. Odds are that if it's a piece of dirt causing it, it's probably gotten into the membrane somehow, which will be hard to remove.
