Not really.Overclocking the CPU is more intelligent and will give you better performance.

it will make a difference,u may not notice it but it will make games run abit smoother especially if its online, trust me it is worth it,but if ur only gonna do 200mhz its not,do about an extra 500mhz,so it will be 1300mhz

It is against the rules to offer rep for help. And no you're not going to see a fps gain.

I doubt you will be able to since this will need to be done through the bios. You will only be able to slightly increase your FSB before you will start to see cooling and instability. Even with a cooling pad. Laptop heatsinks just arent the most efficient at removing heat. On the flip side, by increasing FSB, you will see the combined performance increase of Ram and CPU.

thanks to all but am still confuzed. i checked my bios and there is not something to let me overclock.even the hidden things. My rams brand is transcend ddr2 800mhz and some who tried to overclock them they burn them before reaching 900mhz. some bough kingston and they overclocked at 1000mhz and the rams are perfect but are 80usd 4gb :S
is there any programs which overclock the cpu ONLY without overclocking ram?

No, like I mentioned before, this can only be done through the BIOS, and your laptop is not going to let you do this.
