Now go in the game, and report those numbers.. Numbers you reported look like your in windows with game running in background.

Edit: play the game for 10min and take a screenshot while you play, Upload it.

do you get good frames in WoW?

if so then theres nothing to worry about.
but if you lag a lot then run furmark in DX9 in 800x600 res to make the GPU kick in
or just overclock the crap out of it with afterburner...465s can get 470 performance when OC'd right

Turn up multisampling higher than 1x? That should increase your gpu usage. Then again, i swear i read your at 4x? You have Extremely low gpu usage going on. Increase your resolution as much as you can in-game.

GPU usage that low, no overclock would ever help..

Grab the core clock and bump it up to 650mhz and memory to 1746mhz.
