I was wondering if anyone has problems hot swapping the WD10EARS? The only way I can get my PC to detect this hard drive is after the dock is on before I boot. Im using a Thermaltake dock and my mobo is set to AHCI. My other hard drives hot swap just fine.

WD3200AAKS
WD1600BEAS
Maxtor 6L250S0

Update: I set my BIOS to RAID and it seems to be working now...strange.
