Oh yeah, I meant to ask this as well...AMD does not support tri channel RAM.

And I did answer the HT link question in my post above...

955 with a c2 rev. IMC rarely get 4ghz stable,I could only get 3.9, but I had bunk RAM.

BTW, only use two dimms
It has nothing to do with IMC to oc a cpu.

depends.
7.2ghz with Ln2
I have mine at 4ghz
I have seen other guys higher.

it all depends on the chip after a certain point. if you can hit 4.0+ you have a good chip.

umm.... how did u find your max stable OC in less then 24 hours? How long did u do stability testing for anyway? Also, i'm kinda curious, what r your temps? You never mentioned your cooler either.

I ran prime95 all night and i didn't shut down my pc for 2 days straight and no crashes so far.

so this is the max i can go and have my PC on 24/7
3.9GHZ 1.47V ( i can boot into windows at 4.0GHZ with 1.52-1.55V but it won't handle a stress test.

NB 2600 1.3V
1333MHz memory ... stock voltage

ATI HD5870 OC @ GPU clock 1010MHz, memory 1300MHZ 1.35V

CPU temp is 36C idle and about 41-43C under load... 50C when running prime95. my cooler is a Noctua NH-D14.

GPU 35C idle...60-65C under load.
