Need aftermarket Cooler for AM3 socket

Hi I got a new pc its hot where I live 30-37c and my pc runs hot and so does my gpu anyone know where I can get a decent cpu cooler for an AM3 socker and some case fans cheap

For cheap case fans, pick up some Yate Loons from here. As for a cooler, how much are you willing to spend? The Cooler Master Hyper 212+ is a great budget cooler and so is the Scythe Mugen 2 (SCMG-2100). The latter is slightly better.

I live in Australia lol humidity is 70% =P Northern Territory. I am willing to spend 50 bucks at most but if it really makes a difference I will go higher.
