quick question: dvi vs vga

Hey guys. just wondering, does it matter which connection i use, dvi or vga?

If you're running it over a longer distance VGA does have disadvantages, and is becoming obsolete to DVI. I'd just always go DVI. VGA on higher resolutions does tend to become a little more smeared and the colors begin to fade. DVI is digital, VGA is analog. End of story. Go DVI.
