Why do you want an H board? It is for on board graphics. Go with the plain P8P67 for about $150 (convert to other currency if you like).

If for some reason you want an H board, yes, is has a PCIe slot for your GTX 460.

Perhaps you are just not use to the Asus PCIe release. Yet there are two PCIe slots on that board.

Is .za South Africa? It looks really similar to a P board. Forgive me, I am in the States. I don't even see a board like that available here. Yet that layout should allow a PCIe no problem. If that is the cheapest one, you should be able to use that board no problem if the layout is correct. Every H board in the States has much less connectivity.

edit: The more I read about it, it seems a lot like the P8P67 board available here. No problem using your GTX 460.

The more I have looked at it, the more I realize that is a P board (from what I consider P), but apparently they label it H in South Africa. With Vat, that cost in US dollars is $185. Makes sense that it is a P board (H boards in the US are much cheaper, but not the same board). It should work fine for you. Apparently they have different labeling in South Africa. Ignore my H comments.

edit: the more I cross check, the more it appears the P8H67 in South Africa is the P8P67 LE in the States. Stupid nomenclature differences.

That is a strange board. Looking at the Asus offering in the US, it looks identical to the P8P67 LE. Maybe it is a P board that allows on board graphics. Yet the nomenclature really threw me off.

With no overclocking, it should work good (heck, it will actually overclock pretty well too).

btw - my buddy is still selling his 470 for about $225.

You can check it out, it's one of the cards from this club, and it already has a unique cooler in place.
http://www.overclock.net/nvidia/7899...-new-post.html

This is the card:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814127514

The only thing is if he like you lives in the US, then the shipping cost will be immense hence not really worth buying the card.

Unless the shipping cost is not that bad and if he is trusted and the card is in perfect working condition, sure I'll buy it.

I have decided on the i5 2500k and you said wait a week, I was planning on buying on the 15th anyway.

However surly new boards wont be out by then, the market is already saturated with boards, heck Asus has 15 flavors already for the new chips.

Anyways I hope I have no annoyed you too much 2010rig and other peeps, I just didn't want to rush my purchase.

Only thing left I have to ask pretty much is the following as I was not sure what you meant by your post 2010rig.

Do I need 2x Zalman VF3000F Dual Fan VGA Coolers If I get another video card?

Or is 1x Zalman VF3000F Dual Fan VGA Cooler enough for both cards, only thing left I'm puzzled by.(Most likely the answer is 2x, however better to be safe)

Thank you.
My System.
