Why hasnt this thread closed and why won't you all stop replying to this thread?

Can't we all just get along ?

Rodney king didn't go crazy when the la riots overclocked and then became suddenly the fastest growing riot in la history

Some one close this thread before it wastes more bandwidth

Exactly. I would definitely give him negative rep if I could. Fanboys are very annoying.

True Story:

1155 > everyone else in both synthetic and real world at most if not all! Did the reviews around the interwebz also mentioned that 1155 builds will be cheaper too!

No fanboyism there, just the plain old or should we say the new truth!

May not be alot faster but, is noticeably faster and cheaper too!

For the 1% of people here with x6 chips, grats bro.

Although you should be aware people who need a lot of threads - i7-2600k chips are hitting 10 in that benchmark.

Which means when 2011 comes out in just a few months the x6 chips for about $400 are going to easily top your score, and the x8 chips, well the x8 chips are eight cores of sandy bridge performance.

Heres one for the gamers.

1155, on air.

i'd wait for socket 2011, the 1366 next gen equivalent. or at least for the z67 or whatever chipset that's supposed to be an 1155 with an external bus for normal overclocking
