Sandy Bridge i5 2500k and a GTX 570 is the only way to go in 2011.

Waiting for the 560 might give you too much nail biting syndrome and you might go insane !

It's ok if you don't care about CL9. If you're on a budget it doesn't matter.

If not using what CreepyDan posted above try finding a faster 6gb triple channel kit with faster timings as you will notice that a lot more in gaming (and basically everything) then just having more ram and not even using it.
