I have been working on a problem with my pc for a few weeks now. Please see this post for more info. Anyways I have a big issue. Today I plan on calling AMD since they have not responded to my rma request. I tested it in another mb and it also didn't work but if I tell them this I am admitting one of 2 things. Either I used thermal paste which voids the warranty or I reused the stock fan without cleaning it and reapplying thermal paste which I don't know if it voids the warranty but it certainly is a big no-no. What should I do? Or should I just forget about telling them that I did this in which case I have less proof and maybe they will say it's the memory or the mb. Or can I prove it in another way?
