So... How are my speeds?



The benchmark was at the "Most Accurate" settings with 64 KB blocks

C: partition (The one with the OS)

Looks pretty normal to me. The D: partition is understandably lower because I'm guessing you created it second. Thus it is on the more inner portion of the platters. Hard drive speed rapidly decreases as you approach the inside of the platters.
