Forget the computer specs, look at the seller's feedback and other items sold.

It looks like a very legitimate seller. With that feedback, I wouldn't worry about a thing.
Almost 30k sold items with 100% feedback is almost impressive.

It looks like a sweet laptop too. Comes with a 1 year warranty from Dell just in case.

I buy and sell items on eBay all the time.
I wouldn't be worried. Enjoy!

Sadly i wont be using it, my uncle bought it. Just looked a very strange listing when it said about a 3gb graphics card. I didn't look into it in great detail. I'm sure it'll be a nice laptop, but he's only got it to show off, i guarantee

If he got it to show off he's a not too bright. The best I can say about it is that it would work but gaming is poor since it's not GDDR5 and the 16GBs is more than any normal person will need. He basically paid for a mobile desktop but with much less power than a $500 desktop could provide.
