Bought Asus P6X58D-E + HAF X 942 Case - Not sure where to connect some pieces

Need some help here and hoping someone can help me out. I have purchased the following system below to make a new computer (See end of the post for the parts).

There are a few cables I'm not certain what to do with and where they go on the motherboard from the HAF X 942 Case I have purchased. I have taken some screenshots hoping someone can tell me what they are for and where to place them on the motherboard. Motherboard is a Asus P6X58D-E.

Any help is most appreciated in advance. I have no doubts its something really simple and I just need help.

MOTHERBOARD PRODUCT INFORMATION PAGE: http://www.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=gFBKfNyhppW9tDbB

THIS SHOT IS FROM THE TOP OF THE CASE. I HAVE REMOVED THE TOP SO YOU CAN SEE THE CONNECTORS UNDERNEATH IT:

FRONT OF THE CASE:

AC'97 + HD AUDIO CABLE from the HAF X CASE (WHERE DOES THIS GO AND WHAT IS IT USED FOR?):

2x USB 3.0 Cables coming from the HAF X CASE (WHERE DO THESE GO?):

USB Cable from the HAF X CASE (WHAT SLOT DOES THIS GO IN?):

SATA CABLE FROM THE HAF X CASE (WHAT SLOT DOES THIS GO IN?)

I also wish to create a RAID 0 Array using the 2x Western Digital Black Sata Drives I purchased. There is a part in the case which connects 2 HHD together when you place them in the docking bay. The part just didn't seem want to connect so I removed it. To create the raid array where do what ports do I need to plug the Sata Drives into?

read your mobo manual, it'll show you where they connect..

The USB goes on the USB blue port below the battery
The Esata cable just goes into any of the sata ports on your motherboard

The HD audio I believe goes on the bottom left port, you can only plug it one way so careful not to bend the pins.

read the manual...it tells you pretty much everything.

Use the Q connector that came with your motherboard..that will help you figure out what to plug where.

Question 1. I have an AMD board so I dont know if the AC 97 has something to do with intel or not but I did not use it. The HD audio that it is connected to plugged into the bottom of my board. It should be found in your MB manual under the front panel section. Mine is listed as JAUDIOF1: Front Panel Audio Header. If you can not find it still look at how the plug in is arranged and find the match on your board, it should be there.

Question 2. The usb 3 is not yet a standard so unless your board supports it, never mind I just saw yours does. Well the way they have it set up you will not like it. You have to run the blue usb cables out of your case and plug them into the ports on the back of the motherboard. Would not look very good but nothing you can do ya know. That will then allow you to have access to the front panel ports. This is the only way I know of.

Question 3. USB 2. Again this can be found in your manual under the front panel section. My board has 3 seperate and identical slots where I can plug it into. Pick which one ticles your fancy and plug it in there. Or the one that works best for spacing.

Next I have no clue about RAID. The hot swap bays where you can plug 2 hard drives in shouldnt require much work. All you have to do is screw the hard drive down to the removable bay and then slide em in. I thought only one of them could work at the same time but I was wrong as they are both showing up the same way they did before.

Looks like everything. Hope that helped as I am in fact true to my name, a nooob. Feel free to ask me anything else.
