caviar blue 6gb/s & caviar blue 3gb/s RAID?

I just got another HD (caviar blue 500gb, 16cache, 6gb/s) and was wondering if i can do a raid 0 with the Caviar blue 500gb, 16cache, 3gb/s i have. i would be connecting it to my motherboard one the sata 3gb/s slot... would i be able to make this work?

Yes that would work fine. It will drop down to the lowest speed however.

Yup you should have no problem..

but even when you use the drive with 6.0gbps sata, you're not going to see much of a difference anywho because hard drive transferspeeds have yet to see anything NEAR 3 (or even 6) gigabytes persecond. ;]
