Good mic-to-USB adapter?

So I found out that my computer doesn't have a proper mic port after buying a Zalman clip-on mic, but from testing the mic on a different computer, I found that it's actually a pretty nice mic and would still like to use it.

I've been looking for mic-to-USB adapters, but does anyone have any advice on good ones to get? I found the following for a decently cheap price, but want to know any thoughts on this particular one and if it's worth it or not:

Thanks.

I used to use something just like this on my old laptop when I burned out my sound card lool.
What you need is called a "USB sound adapter". Obviously it won't be the best quality, but it does the job.
I actually got an extremely cheap one from Amazon:
Probably this one.

If you're looking for great quality, Creative makes one:

Its kinda pricey tho.

50 off the egg

Yeah, I don't need anything super high quality, as I pretty much just use the mic for Skype calls. I don't even need an adapter for speakers, as my computer already has a port for those.

On that note though, would such an adapter interfere at all with my standard speakers? I wouldn't think so, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Looking at the cheap adapter you linked to, I'm seeing several comments on the mic portion not being that good, which is the main thing I'd be buying this for.

While more expensive, the one I linked to sounds of better quality. But since you didn't comment on the link I posted, does that mean it's not the adapter I'm looking for to fix this issue?
