ASRock motherboard has no metal/plastic plate behind CPU socket?

Should I worry about this? I looked at the images on newegg and it does not have the metal or plastic plate that is usually found behind the CPU Socket. I have a dead AM2 Motherboard with a plastic plate behind the CPU socket I can spare if it needs one.
The motherboard Im interersted in, http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157215

Ah yes, just plastic pegs to secure the surround. It's fine, but not if you want to put a big/heavy heatsink on it. If you do plan on putting a decent aftermarket cooler on it, then swap that out for your normal plate.

Yeah, I'll probably swap those pegs out for my Foxconn's screw/back plate system.
