hey guys sorry to post this if its wrong section or has already been answered elsewhere i looked and didnt see anything covering this question .

also i tried google searching but nothing that explained in detail what this option does,or is for.

what is the:
Trfc0 for DIMM0 @ 110ns used module 1
Trfc2 for DIMM2 @ 90ns
Trfc1 for DIMM1 @ 110ns used module 2
Trfc3 for DIMM3 @ 90ns

what do these settings do?what should i have mine set to ?

my dram is set up as follows

ddr3 1600 crucial balistix tracer red @ 9-9-9 24 33 1T @1.66v the rest of the timings are set to the recomended setting.

also should have it set to interleave or not?
cpu is phenomII 555 be unlocked to x4 b55 denab @3.5 ghz stock cooler low temps with the paste changed out to noctua thermal compound.

lower is better try 90ns on all 4 and use the computer as you normally would, if you notice any instability after a week or so then bump it up 10ns each.

Rise the NB frequency is pretty similar to CPU multiplier, you only change the xx number and test if that is stable, maybe you also need add voltage on CPU-NB for get it stable in some point.

k, the reason i asked is he says the northbridge frequency needs to be at least double the dram multiplier. i was just asking if thats true or not.

my cpu is a 555 be unlocked to 4 cores and oc to 3.4 on stock cooler and i have the sb710,and nb750 chipset on a cheap mobo ,the nb heatsink doesnt seem to seat corectly ,it seems to teeter totter on the chip so it seems to run high temps ,so a new mobo is in order before attempting to raise the nb freq.

it needs to be 3x the base ram frequency to keep the imc from bottle necking the ram.
so for 1600 you would need to use 2400mhz
and 1866 would need 2800
