Moving files/folder as admin?

So I'm having a problem moving a folder from desktop to my HDD folder. (C I keep getting error that I need admin privileged, but don't came up when I did it. & I'm the main/full power admin.

UAC will throw this when trying to copy files to the C: drive if it is still enabled, even if you are the only/main user with administrative rights.
Go to the control panel and disable it under the User Accounts section.
