Keep Having to Clear CMOS Running Stable

Ok so heres the deal. I got a 955 with a Large heatsink/fan combo, its the genius that they sell at Fry's (can't remember the exact name). I have a cosmos 1000 case heavily modified, with 6 Scythe 120x38 3000rpm fans all on scythe controllers, so i have a great air cooling setup going (3 intake and 3 exhaust with great airflow pattern). So i am Overclocking my new CPU. I have an ASUS M4A89GTD motherboard. I have disabled QNC and all the other auto setting for cooling in the BIOS. I am overclocked with 1.44v and 17 multiplier and 220 on the FSB so i am running 2.75, and have even had it up to 3.81 GHZ, been in prime 95 for 30+ minutes on each setting seems to be somewhat stable, hasn't crashed yet. CPU temp is at 42 degrees. and the CPU cores are at 52 degrees. But whenever i shut down the computer and restart, i get nothing and have to clear the CMOS in order to start it up again. Any thoughts?

+1

after that do a clean install of all stuff you have..keeps your system clean and also helps in stability in some way..well if you cant format your drive then at least do a clean reinstall of all stuff such as drivers for board and others
