Random BSODS no matter what I do

Thread Starter
Here is the scoop.

Decided to replace the CPU. For me to get to it, I had to move/ put extra force on the 1336 socket because I couldn't get the CPU out. I put allot of force on it.

I get random Bsod codes ranging from Creative drivers (I have non), to Nvidia drivers to weird USB driver error. My PC only crashes to a BSOD.
Codes: 1E, C5,A,4A, 3B, 50

Trying to solve it:

Fresh OS (twice), STOCK PC (as in no OC). , update prime drivers on my pc, let my pc sit, over volt the snot out of PC, LinX(stable and some times not), Prime 95 (8 hours stable and then shortly after fail), HD tune disk check, MEM test and finally putting the working CPU in (fails still). I'm currently in safe mod and hate it!

Thanks!

Its most likely damaged or faulty ram.Thats where the bsod's 1st start to occur...also,if you have any other pci cards,eg sound or t.v cards, remove them then try booting up...if those are faulty, they also cause a bsod.

This part concerns me a bit when you put the old cpu back in did you happen to notice if any of the pins were bent/broken?

Not necessarily I've heard of some cases at least with amd cpu's loosing an entire pin and still posting but loosing the ability to use 2 memory channels. I assuming something similar could have happened here especially since the only recent change was the cpu according to op and he used a lot of force.

Sounds like you may have damaged something when you tried to push it in.

Sounds like faulty ram for me. Had the same problem myself. You could try to raise the ram voltage to 1,65v fixed, if not done already.

Pins are fine and I ran mem test and windows mem test with no issues....

I'm going to replace my graphic card and then I'm going to replace the mobo if that doesn't work.

Ya maybe with amd chips but with all due respect,,his chip, nope,i doubt...it could be anything honestly speaking, maybe his hand slipped, accidentally breaking off 1 of the mb capacitors,,its happened to one of my clients before. He could try his chip on another mobo, that's the other alternative.
