Seems a tad high. Try reseating with a small less than pea sized amount and let the cooler smooth it for you.

I'd say its a little high as well. AS5 is not the best paste any more, although I still use it on my i7/MegaShadow. I get better results than that but I am 1156.

Def try using a smaller amount, and maybe even a different paste. I will be using IC Diamond or GC-2 the next time I pull my heatsink to see what other pastes offer.

My 950 only gets up to about 57C or so at stock clocks using my Megahalems and this is with my fans turned down to 1000 RPM. I have 2X Gentle Typhoons 1850 rpm. I also used AS5.

Ambient temp of about 70 deg F in my house.

It seems a little high to me but not terrible.

Temps look fine. Cabling and case look clean, beautiful. Just two things to think about:

Ambient temps. If your room is hot your cpu can't be cool.

Airflow. No cooler - water or air - is better than its airflow. You have a wonderful case for airflow. If it were mine I'd tweak it a tad:

1. I'd cut out the rear grill and see if this lowers noise/improves airflow out the back.

2. Flip your top fan to make it an intake to deliver fresh air to your heatsink.. Take your rear fan and use it at the bottom as an intake (this works if you have removed the back grill). Remove two slot covers next to your video card so air can blow by the vidcard's cooling system and out of the case.

3. Test. You might get another couple or few degrees cooling.

Have fun.
