What did you use for your Pc security?

Mine are:

Outpost PRO Security Suite 7.0.4 (3403.520.1244)
Norton Internet Security 2011

Please remember no fans boys. Please!!!!

A thought or two.....

For all the M.S.E users:
1) Go to the START TASK MANAGER and go to PROCESSES. Find mse.exe and right-click it. Choose END TASK. Your security went away

2) Outpost Security wont allow that to happen. It "sandboxes" itself. Even Norton protects itself too!

3) Go to START and type msconfig
Go to STARTUP
uncheck your security program under the STARTUP ITEM menu.
Hit APPLY-->Ok.
*****If it allows it, you may want to rethink your security program

****Outpost Security Suite wont allow that to happen either.

MSE + Windows Firewall.
And an ASA 5505 as the WAN gateway.

Malwarebytes for when I'm really paranoid or suspect.

don't need bloat ware norton 360 or whatever the cool kids use, because viruses are not as pronounced for OCN level users.

Norton absolutely sucks. Its a pain to uninstall when you don't want it (no thats not a good thing)

MSE + Malwarebytes
Eset IS + MWB Pro + SAS Pro + NoScript + BetterPrivacy

I'll probably be switching to GData when it comes time to renew Eset though.

By the way, it's a bad idea to run more than one suite like that, mainly the antiviruses.
