I used intel express bios update to update my bios, but now everytime I start windows I get a message that it completed successfully, any idea on how to stop this message?

Try to flash your BIOS by clearing the CMOS jumper.
Dig out that instruction manual that comes with your mobo.

Yea I did a flash which didnt fix the message only gave me issues with my gfx cards thoug . Thankfully thats all fixed up now.

I checked in msconfig to see if it was a startup item and low and behold it was disabled it and wallah. I dont know why intel would create something that would notify you more then once after an update has been applied but w/e

Thank anyway
