Sorry. I meant I wasnt refering to BFBC2 because i stopped playing it for quite sometime now and i only play MOH but i am going to stop and go back to MW2 because of this issue.

The posted tweak does nothing for Frostbite engine games. That was an old battlefield tweak. There are no references to that in the new engines.

Its definately something on your side, as i have no hitreg problems.

also the ping you see listed while in game is roundtrip, for a packet to be sent processed by the server and sent back.

if you have a g15 keyboard you can see you true in game ping is which is pretty consistent with what you see in the server browser.

sounds like someone just bad at the game

I learned to only play on servers that have less than 50-70 ping

anything more than that with BC2 its almost unplayable. because of the lag comp

Remember, that at least in BC2 (don't know about moh), bullets have travel time. You should aim just a little ahead of the moving enemy (if he is far away) to hit him, since the bullets actually travel at a certain speed through the map, instead of the lazer beams in COD games...

As far as the whole clip usage, that is normal. Unless you hit the head every shot, it will take a lot of shots to take someone out. HC is a little more forgiving, but in a massive multi game like Battlefield or MOH, easy kills like that make the game annoying. If you don't get the hit registers, that's another problem.

We need system, ping, and loss/choke info.

I agree with you guys. I played in a server with 100+ ping and i dont have that issue.

Most of the server near my region which has pings less then 50 are always empty. Everyones on BFBC2. The only active servers i can get are those from Germany and Taiwan which has pings as high as 250.

This is pathetic. Ive been playing MW2 with "p2p" and "no dedicated server" and
i never experience any lag issue so far. maybe once or twice.

Remember the bullet travel time. If the enemy is moving, you should aim a little ahead of him... There's also bullet drop, which makes bullets drop after quite a short distance
