lol, what's wrong with blackberries? Seen a lot of ppl using them with no issues

I've had my WM6.5 phone for over a year now. Bought it unlocked and it works like a charm. Has Wifi, bluetooth, GPS, etc.... and was a convenient price to boot. I believe that one should upgrade but not on a yearly basis, that's like throwing money away. I've seen people use phones from several years ago and they still work fine. If you don't have the need for net and mostly want to use the phone for making calls, than old phones work just as well

In comparison to many other phones, their processing power is far sub-par. I've owned Blackberries for years... all the way back to the 7280. I switched to the iPhone 3G when it came out... but the battery life sucked and I couldn't hear the speaker that well... so I went back to a Blackberry Bold... then Storm II.

Now I've received my Droid X. I'll never go back to anything other than the Android OS.

I had the same phone for three years before I got the Continuum.

Anywho, Android is catching up to Apple pretty fast.

I agree with alex98uk - although it is important to note that the Galaxy S has achieved 10 million sales - which is in comparison to 14.1m iPhone 4 sales by the start of October.

Considering there are Desires, Nexus S', etc on the market, it's easy to see how iOS could be number 2 even right at the top of the market.
