I think I know my problem, I am attempting to boot windows 32 bit onto a 64 bit processor. Let me get together my 64 bit ISO and I will give an update.

Not sure about your particular mobo but either del, f5, f8, or f10
After the bios screen but right b4 windows loads

F8 loads the Windows boot options menu.

Make sure your video card is in properly. Unplug the PCIe power take out your card and firmly push it in the slot then firmly push the power connectors in all the way and it should work.

Ok so I plugged the vga cable into my tv screen and now after it boots I get the message "Invalid Format"

Read your motherboard manual. Don't have to disable it doesn't really matter if you're using 6870, might save a bit of power though.
