but Its really strange, the xai's sensor which is A9500[adns-9500] got the one of the lowest LOD.
again, I think your model is defective.

try to blow the sensor

clean the mouse pad

but, you should rma'ing it, that's really strange..
Ive actually done it correctly and its 2 cds high. But still when i turn it sometimes feels abit iffy. I lift and reposition my mouse when turning. Maybe thats why. The lod is fine if its 2 cds. I might try the 4hd pad out.

I may try get a replacement from amazon. They are normally good.

High LOD is common for optical mice, that's why I hate them. If it's doing it to you with a laser, I don't know what to tell you.

I have the Mionix Naos and it had SUPER high LOD when I first plugged it in, I had the change the lift-off distance slider to low and then press save and not just apply.

Does your software have an option like that?

Mine does not have that option. My kone plus did. I think the mouse might be dodgy. It just feels iffy when lifting it to turn and reposition. Im not a massively high dpi player. My roccar mice did not have this issue. Its suppose to be 1mm im sure this mouse is much higher than that for LOD. Im going to drop amazon a message. Heopfully then send me out a new mouse while i send this one back.

Im actually going to get a refund and i cannot get use to the shape of the mouse. I wont try another ambidexterious mouse as they just dont go with me.

I just wish the new DA didnt have so many issues. Why couldnt they be like the orignal DA were the cursor doesnt jitter.
