22" 1920x1080 vs 23" 1920x1080?
i think that on 1920x1080 22" everything is is kinda small, so will 23" 1920x1080 be better? or should i choose 22" 1680x1050 after all

Don't go with anything less than 1920x1080. If you can afford it, I would go with an 22'' IPS monitor over a 23'' TN. One inch isn't going to make much of a difference.

If you decide to get a 23'' TN: LG/Asus/Samsung are some of the best. Check out some models on Newegg.
If you decided to get a 22'' IPS: Dell.
If you decide to splurge and get a 23'' IPS: Dell

Look around for some good prices before you buy anything, though.

Both AOC and LG are good brands. And yes, if you get a larger monitor with the same resolution the pixel density will be lower. This means that everything will appear larger.
I would go for the 23'' monitor if I were you.

Basically, it means that you can change the monitors aspect ratio from its native 16:9 ratio to 4:3 without image distortion (stretching, etc). Both monitors have this capability.

AOC is a European company, so I don't have much experience with them. However, from everything I've heard, they make some great monitors. LG, like I've said, is a great brand too.

If 21.5'' is too small for you, I would go AOC.
