Space between video and sound card?

I've got some concerns about how close my video card (ATI 6870) and sound card (X-fi Fatality) are together. I've got a HAF X case and I'm using the side panel fan that's blowing on the cards. Also, I've got the VGA duct installed with a 120mm Scythe Flex fan blowing on the front of the video card, pushing air towards the rear of the case. The fan on the face of the video card is half covered by the X-Fi. Is this going to be an issue?

Here's a couple of pics of the cards:

It shouldn't be too much of a problem. Are your temps ok? If they are you are fine. My sound card is in between my SLIed 470s. The top card does run a little hotter, but there isn't much of a problem there though.

Video card and sound card companies follow standards for a reason. When they design their products, they already have space and cooling in mind.

Great, thanks guys. I was just worried because some of the fan was blocked on the video card.
