time to RMA rampage extreme iii?

Thread Starter
I have had the board for 6 months and all has been good. I recently stripped it and installed a water cooling system for cpu, and both gpu's. I got a no signal once all said and done, thought I bricked my cards. But then I noticed the Q-LED light was light up, the DRAM one. So this indicated a ram problem, I changed the ram, didnt work. I have reset CMOS, didnt work, I tried holding the MemOk! button and let it do its thing, didn't work. I have tested all the ram I have tried on other computers and it worked, so do you think it's a bad board? It just won't post and detects some issue with the dram, odd thing is I hardly handled the board with all the water cooling stuff, most of the time is sat on my styrofoam block until i installed it into the case.

How about using the 2nd BIOS? Did it yield the same results?

ensure your blocks aren't mounted on too tight, this was an issue for me on this board, mine acted just like yours
