Want a Cheap, Good Heatsink/Fan

I have the stock AMD heatsink/fan on my AMD 8750 BE. I cools just fine, but the fan on it is STUPID loud. When the chip is under load the fan will ramp up to 6000 rpm! It is the loudest computer fan I have ever heard. I'd like to get a different heatsink/fan that isn't as loud that cools maybe a little better. What do you suggest? BTW, I've attached a pic of the heatsink/fan I have (this is not the actual thing, but it is just like this).

Excellent cooler with a great mounting mechanism, easy push/pull and great performance! Buy it and be amazed at how far your $20.00 takes you!

And?
Its one of, it not the best cooler I am aware of for under $40.
Its $30. If you just want to get a quiet cooler you can buy a different fan or pick up one of the ~$15 coolers.
