Hello, all.

Recently my laptop has been freezing and underclocking itself randomly whilst using graphic intensive programs, such as games. I've tried numerous fixes, such as underclocking my graphics card (which reduces the frequency of this occurance), changing the power options of my laptop (no effect), selecting 'Prefer Maximum Performance' in the Nvidia Control Panel (no effect), and used a program called Powermizer Switch with administrative privileges (no effect). The graphics card underclocks its core clock to 405MHz and its memory clock to 324 MHz. The voltage seems to decrease as well, from 0.90V to 0.85V. The graphics card never exceeds 60º C. My drivers are the official version 260.99. Below are my laptop's specs; any help I can get to prevent this random underclocking would be much appreciated.

Toshiba A505-S6986
Windows 7 Premium x64
Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T6600 (clocked at 2.2GHz)
4GB DDR3 RAM
Nvidia Geforce GT 230M

Thanks in advance. =)
