Unlikely. Graphics cards aren't like motherboards, which occasionally (not very often) do have bios upgrades that improve performance.

I would never change my gfx card bios unless I knew exactly why I was doing so, let's put it that way. It's not something you 'just do' because there's a newer one. In fact, there's rarely >1 bios for the exact same card anyways.

99.9% of the time, they get it right the first time, and if they don't, it tends to be a big deal where something on the card is screwing up and lots of people are complaining ... they don't just release newer bioses that makes the card go faster, like ... ever.
