what does a 1000fsb board do to a cpu as compared to a 2000fsb,2200fsb,2600fsb

its the transfer rate thingy
2600 is better
1000 seems too low

AMD doesn't use FSB. If your talking about the CPU/NB Freq, then thats therate at which your CPU exchanges data with the memory and the NB. This should be set as high as you can get it stable. If your talking about HT Freq its best set around 2000 MHz.
