Hell I even remember when the 7800GTX came out and on some reviews it had KotOR as a benchmark.

A helpful one. When i was growing up software and games came with minimum system requirements. I don't know what if software and games still come with minimum system requirements but a quick google search should show some results
Good luck

Yeah, it can play them no problem. The first time I played those games I had a geforce 6200. It could only do medium settings at best, but it was playable. the 7800GTX will be plenty.

the 7800GTX is around Xbox 360 GPU speed, so if the CPU isn't bottnecking it the games you listed should be about to max out completely

In fact you could probally play all of the latest console ports on a console res and settings if that pentium D didn't bottleneck it

Yes it would.

How I miss KOTOR 1 and 2.....

I have a HTPC here with a P4 and a 7600GT. I only put 1GB ram in it with Win7 x86. I'm sure the thing could do it on 512.

So yeah, that might give you an idea that the cards are still around and being used. Should run those games no problem. I bought KOTOR a few months ago on steam. Seems to be a game thats best with a controller? Maybe I should hook one up and try again
