OP has not a pentium D, he has a Pentium Dual Core, it's a variation of core 2 duos, but cheaper. Pentium D's are based on netburst, and so, it's bad.

Anyway he probably will bottleneck a GTX 470, but I don-t think he will bottleneck a GTX 460.
