Quality PSU for low power system

I'd like advice on a quality PSU for a system with relatively low power requirements.

While I am looking at building a a high end system (have my eye on the new i5-2500K), I don't game. The system will be used for work (mostly running very large Excel spreadsheets and financial modelling software). In the absence of a need for 3D graphics, I'm looking at an HD5670 graphics card to power my two 1280x1024 19" screens.

The outcome of this is that I suspect my idle power draw will be under 100W and peak may struggle to get above 300W even if I overclock the 2500K.

I still want to buy a quality PSU - I don't want it to fail on me, nor to fry any of my components. I'd also like a fully modular PSU, since I will be using only a few of the cables.

I've considered a Seasonic X-400 fanless, but am slightly concerned about it dumping heat in to the case when under load. If I go for a cooled PSU, the X-560 looks good and costs about the same as the X-400.

But while the X-560 sounds like a fantastic PSU, I am concerned that I will be running it at sub-20% load for the vast majority of the time. I understand that efficiencies tail off at very high and low power levels. If my average power draw is only 150W, should I be looking for something smaller than a 560W PSU in order to better match my usage to the PSU's efficiency curve? If so, does anyone have any recommendations for a high quality fully modular 300-400W PSU.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Charlie
