No not the mobile the regular ones. They have the locked multi and the slightly older ones that have the unlucked multi are even better.

About the boards the Abit is only 80 and there is a mobel of the DFI that is 75. Just look around.

Plus 100 bucks is pretty cheap for a quaility board when you consider that the cheapest boards cost 50-70.

isn,t the msi kt4av supposed to work with barton 3200+ that runs at 200 fsb ?

what mem/fsb ratio it will runs depends completly on the ram, but it should.
here are the specs for it.
its official support only goes to 3000+ which depending on when they started making that mobo would have only been 333mhz FSB

i saw the link but when they say fsb 400 with ddr 400 in the chart Memory Speed/CPU FSB Support Matrix how is that supposed to work as the agp/pci speed is not locked?

how much do you want to up your barton?
i'm using same mobo and running 180 x 12

but don't try to push 200++ because that mobo cannot support that fsb.
try running sp2004 for an hour to verify that your clock is stable

i am using sandra,s burn in wizard and it,s stable
what is sp2004 ???!!!
i want 2 increase the fsb as much as pssible because the multipillar is locked
