First HTPC build, suggestions?

Hi all,

I recently discovered Boxee and Hulu, and have fallen in love.
In Australia, we don't get the majority of the content that the US or UK does, but ive been using a VPN server to get around this.

Anyway now i want to build a media centre to plug into my 42inch, i already use my playstation as my media centre, but this build would probably take over, playing boxee hulu etc, and storing my media files.

Here is what ive come up with so far

MOBO: AsRock 880GM-LE http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813157199
CPU: AMD Athlon II x2 245 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-687-_-Product
RAM: 4GB DDR3 1333 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231190
HDD : WD green 1TB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-490-_-Product
Network Card: Tp-Link WN781ND http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-059-_-Product

Now im not to sure on a case, ive been looking for an Apex DM-387, but you cant seem to get those in Australia.
I also cant find the Biostar A880G+ motherboard in stores here.

We dont have newegg in Oz, so at the moment the newegg price is $248.95, where at my local MSY (cheapest place by a mile here) its sitting at $271.

So, what do you guys think, and can anyone suggest a good small quiet case? and any suggestions?

Edit: For an extra $10 i can get this mobo with USB3 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-197-_-Product

Shame Newegg doesnt have the Athlon II 240e e= energy efficient, they run nice and cool as they only 45W, i have one in my HTPC (media pc) and the fan is mute, not a peep from the thing, just a suggestion if you could find one, more than enough juice for a HTPC build

Caviar green good choice in my opinion, not bias just because i own 5 of them just they are cool and quiet

wow thats strange, my ( e ) chip was a little bit more than the standard 240 but not by that much, strange why the 235e would be more expensive than the 245, its not really a big deal if you cant find an ( e ) chip was just saying that for a htpc they are perfect since only 45w, the 65w would run only slightly warmer i guess.
