Mantaining the same mem ratio, is working at 1083 mhz with 450 mhz fsb, fine, stable, but with high voltage, 2.4 volt, i know is too much..

Searching some PC1100 mem to resolve them !
Holy crow! 2.4v is thermonuclear! Is that within spec?

Run your RAM : FSB = 1:1 so for 450MHz FSB run RAM @ 900MHz..

You will not see much of gains running your RAM @ 1100 beside stability issues..

CHEERS..

That core temp difference is perfectly normal..

Try to lower ambiente temperature by opening window at night or something to see if temperatures on all cores drop below those values as 45nm C2Q tend to have stuck sensors..

My Q9550 has 3 stuck sensors 1/3/4 cores that can`t go below 42/40/40C only core n.2 sensor fully works..

Under load they all work perfectly but my no.1 core allways run 1 to 2C hotter than others..

CHEERS..

For you 4GHz will be just a number as you`re coming from Q9550 @ 3.9GHz..

You will not notice a thing except a few points in synthetic benchmarks..

Not worth the hustle really..

CHEERS..

Yeah, is only a number...
I know...
But im not lucky...
The cpu seems to be work good at 4 ghz, but during the work, one pin of the cooler has broken, so the overclock must be stopped for now...
