Thanks for the tips Rider85 and AMD HATER.

I had 8600GTS before 66GT,but 86GTS broke the same day i got it because of failed heatsink dissasemble(thermal paste was stuck/glued on the GPU,so i ripped off some DIE :| ). Before 8600GTS i had HD4850, which got broken after incident with some water and that happened at the end of the summer...
6600GT-->GTX470 transition feels sureal

I flashed it with GTX480 BIOS,but Shader/ROP count haven't changed,just fan profile and clocks changed.

In conclusion: despite GB GTX470OC rev.2 looks like GTX480, it's not 480 -- it misses 2memory chips and GPU itself is laser cut(most likely) to be a GTX470.

I got what i paid for anyways
I'll overclock the hell out of the GTX470 now
