No difference. Only in benchmarks. The limiting factor in games (some) would be HDD access time.

And yes, usually faster ram will clock to a slower speed if the board/cpu only support such "by default".

Like I said, you can use the 1600mhz ram, it will just clock at 1333 or 1066 due to the default setting of the processor and bios. With faster ram you give yourself more headroom to OC anyways, so I'd just stick with the 1600.

Only the capacity matters for gaming, not RAM speed. It's 240-pin, so it should be fine with your motherboard.

The speed of the memory WILL make a difference, just a very small one. In games the speed of the memory will not really make a difference. Only by about 1-4 FPS.

Go with 1600Mhz memory.
1. If you don't wish to run 1600Mhz it will downclock to 1333Mhz, and you could compensate by lowering timings
2. Price. 2x2GB 1600Mhz normally always costs the same or lower than 1333Mhz memory
3. Quality. The better ICs in 1600Mhz RAM (vs. any 1333Mhz generic RAM) will allow for more overclock in case you do.
4. Budget/the fact that you're getting a custom built. Pretty much every single prebuilt in the world uses 1333Mhz CL9 memory, which when bought individually is usually at a ripoff price. You have a choice, go with the better kit especially when it's likely out there for a lower price!

Yea, and nowadays 1600mhz ram is cheaper than 1333 in most cases if you look for it.
