Unless they price the Classified at $200 (HA I wish) then I can't see them selling many when you can get a Asus P8P67 Pro for $190.
The Classy doesn't have as many phases, but it is full digital pulse width modulation that produces a very clean signal to the processor. Asus recently adopted this as well with the ROG Maximus III Extreme, Rampage III Extreme and now the Maximus IV Extreme has it as well. I'm not so sure on the AMD boards like the Crosshair IV Extreme if they did it as well. Anyway, more phases doesn't mean better for overclocking anyway, it has to do with how consistent and how clean the signal is to the chip, which Digital pulse width modulation seems to work very well for. Not saying you can't do it without DPWM, but as far as cost and board space goes, DPWM is probably highest ranking. I'm not to familiar with DrMos that MSI uses, and it is an Intel product so it can't be bad. I've never actually seen how it stands up to DPWM or standard Caps and Chokes.

Why would you want CFX support on a SLI Branded motherboard?

look at image, not right angle 24pin?

i don't think there could of been a better setup for PCI-e slots.
enough room for Three two slot Graphics cards and a sound card at the top

edit: lots of fan headers too.

the only bad thing i could think of is no right angle 8 pin at the top

I think I'd rather that the third x16 (size) slot was a 16x (electrical) slot, not a 4x slot. The way this is you can't put 2 spaces between your cards w/o having to run 16x/4x. I'm sure this will be 'remedied' on the much more expensive Classified model, just as was the case w/the x58 models.

I dunno too much about SB ... so did they do away with triple-channel memory entirely, or is this just scaled-down memory config for a cheaper board?

No, LGA1155 is the replacement for LGA1156, so it's been dual-channel all along. LGA1356 will be the LGA1366 replacement and will have triple-channel memory.
